Backed by blockchain technology, the program ensures enhanced transparency, security, and customers control over data. At the heart of the program are smart Points, which never expire and are secured on blockchain-based smart contracts.

For the first time, all loyalty activities are unified on a single digital platform that seamlessly integrates with the Hello smart App. This initiative positions smart as a “Lifelong Companion,”, emphasizing a deeper customer connection throughout each journey. With just a tap, customers can earn points and redeem them for exclusive rewards, including EV charging credits and branded merchandise. The program's intuitive design ensures a hassle-free and engaging customer experience, highlighting underscoring smart’s commitment to to customer empowerment and trust.

Multiple Ways to Earn with smart's New Rewards Program
The new smart rewards program introduces three key ways for customers to earn points: Social-to-Earn, where users can engage with smart on social media and earn points for actions like sharing, liking, or being featured; Referral-to-Earn encourages current customers to invite friends to experience the smart brand, rewarding both the referrer and the referred for actions like signing up, test driving, or purchasing a vehicle; and Drive-to-Earn, a feature currently in development, allows smart car owners to earn rewards by sharing their driving data to aid product improvement.

These initiatives encourage customers to co-create and grow with the brand community, designed to create a deeper sense of engagement, participation, and loyalty recognition.
